Below are examples of circumstances where additional charges may apply to your car rental with a driver at Krian Transport.

Extra: Wait at the pick-up location

Example scenario of a one-way trip with a surcharge

The passenger is scheduled for pick-up at the airport at 9:00 a.m. The driver was assigned to wait for the passenger in the arrivals area with a name sign. As a result, the driver had to park the car and pay a parking fee of ₱40. They departed the airport at 9:45 a.m. to take the passenger to the hotel.

Note: The free 1-hour driver’s waiting period is only for airport pick-up, after which there will be an additional charge.

Tip: To avoid extra charges, schedule your pick-up time accordingly. Your driver will be in the area by that time, and by having the driver contact you via your Philippine mobile number or online messaging apps, you will be easily picked up with the vehicle at the roadside right where you are.

Extra: Wait at specified locations

Example scenario of a round-trip with a surcharge

The passengers were picked up at the hotel, went to Tagaytay, and got back to the hotel. They spent 4 hours at their destination, with a parking fee of ₱50.

Note: The driver’s waiting surcharge may also be applied at the pick-up location if you are unable to depart at the scheduled pick-up time.

Example scenario of a multi-destination trip with a surcharge

The passengers were picked up at the hotel, went to two destinations in Tagaytay, and rode back to the hotel. They spent 3 hours at their first destination, which had a parking fee of ₱50, and then 1.5 hours at their second destination, which had free parking. They spent a total of 4.5 hours in Tagaytay.
