Below is some information that may answer your questions about booking a car with a driver at Krian Transport.
What are the price inclusions and extra charges?
Included in the price are the following:
- Vehicle
- Driver service
- Fuel
- Toll fees
Additional charges that may be required are as follows:
- Driver’s waiting time
- Parking fees
How much is the additional charge for having the driver wait at specified locations?
The additional charge for the driver’s waiting time is ₱200.00 per hour plus parking fees, if any. This will be assessed until the entire booking itinerary is completed.

* The driver’s waiting surcharge does not apply to being stuck in traffic, needing a short stopover, or any situation while in transit.

Free 1-hour driver’s waiting time if pick-up is at the airport.

Do I need to make a down payment for my booking to be confirmed?
We do not require a down payment if the pick-up location is within Metro Manila, the National Capital Region of the Philippines.

But if the pick-up is outside of Metro Manila, a down payment of at least 50% of the total price of your booking must be made for it to be confirmed.
Are there any fees for canceling my booking?
None if you cancel your booking 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.

But if your cancellation is late, you will have to pay for the inconvenience.
Can I make a last-minute booking?
For last-minute bookings, please contact us to check if we can accommodate your request.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay cash directly to the driver at the end of your trip.

We also accept payment via GCash, Maya, and PayPal using your balance or credit/debit card (+ fee). We will send payment details once your booking is confirmed.
Do you issue an official receipt?
Yes. For business, enter the company name, tax number, and address on your billing. The official receipt will be sent to your email once your booking has been completed.
How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking, simply email us at [email protected] or call us at +63 927-324-4295 (also available on WhatsApp, Viber, and Telegram).
What if the exact address I want does not appear on the booking form?
Just enter and select the landmark closest to your desired location, and include the exact address in the additional notes of your booking.
Is it possible to rent an overnight or multiple days, including the driver?
Yes. Please contact us and provide the date of travel, exact pick-up location(s), exact destination(s) or areas intended to be visited, estimated rental duration, and number of passengers so that we can provide you with an all-inclusive rate.
What if I make changes to my itinerary during my trip?
Please inform us of any changes to your itinerary so that we may recalculate and adjust your bill accordingly.
Why do discount codes become invalid?
If you are booking with us for the first time, you must first complete a trip with us before you can use our discount codes for all your future bookings.
Why was my booking request simply ignored?
If this happens, the following could be the reason:

- The location(s) you submitted are just the district, city, province, or region. What we need is the exact address(es) or specific landmark(s).
