Below is some information that may answer your questions about booking a car with a driver at Krian Transport.

What are the price inclusions and additional charges?

The transport price includes:

  • Transfer service
  • Fuel and toll fees
  • Parking fees (if applicable)

Possible additional charges include:

  • Driver’s waiting time at specified locations.

How much is the additional charge for the driver's waiting time?

The additional charge for the driver’s waiting time at specified locations is ₱200.00 per hour, inclusive of any parking fees. We will assess this at the end of the entire trip.

Do I need to make a down payment to confirm my booking?

If the pick-up location is within Metro Manila, no down payment is required.

However, if the pick-up is outside Metro Manila, you must make a down payment of at least 50% of the total booking price to confirm it.

Are there any fees for canceling my booking?

Canceling your booking 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time is free of charge.

However, if your cancellation is late, we will need to charge you for the inconvenience.

Can I make a last-minute booking?

For last-minute bookings, please contact us to check if we can accommodate your request.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay cash directly to the driver at the end of your trip.

We also accept payment via GCash, Maya, and PayPal with your balance or credit/debit card (plus fee). We will send you payment details once we confirm your booking.

Do you issue an official receipt?

Yes, of course. Please include your billing details upon booking.

We will send the official receipt to your email. We can also send a hard copy via courier upon request (the customer will be responsible for the courier fee).

How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel your booking, simply email us at booking@kriantransport.com or call us at +63 927-324-4295 (also available on WhatsApp, Viber, and Telegram).

What if the exact address does not appear on the booking form?

Simply enter and select the landmark closest to your desired location, and provide the exact address in the additional notes section of your booking.

Can I book a car with a driver for overnight or multiple days?

For overnight or multiple-day service, please contact us and provide your detailed trip itinerary so that we can offer you an all-inclusive rate.

What if I make changes to my itinerary during my trip?

Please inform us of any changes to your itinerary so that we can recalculate and adjust your bill accordingly.

Why do discount codes become invalid?

If you are booking with us for the first time, you must first complete a trip with us before you can use our discount codes for all your future bookings.

Why was my booking request simply ignored?

If this happens, the following could be the reason:

  • The locations you provided are general areas such as districts, cities, provinces, or regions. We require an exact address or a specific landmark.

If you don’t have an exact plan yet for your trip or if you just want to know the price first, please contact us and provide all the details you can. This will help us provide you with an estimated all-inclusive rate.
